Who we are
Digimill Ltd, c/o Fitzgerald Power, Waterford, Ireland, runs the pre-launch for whenid.ie and decides how this data is used. Contact: hello@whenid.ie.
What we collect
- Your email address, when you join the waiting list.
- Any answers you choose to give to the follow-up questions. Every question is optional.
- The country your visit came from, your browser language, the page that sent you here, and campaign tags in the link. We do not store your IP address.
Why we collect it
To tell you when whenid.ie launches, and to learn what people need so we build the right service. The legal basis is your consent, which you give when you join.
Where we keep it
On Cloudflare's database service, restricted to data centres in the European Union. We do not sell or share your data. We use no advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
Until you leave the list, or until 12 months after launch, whichever comes first. When you leave, we delete your email address and your answers.
How to leave the list
Use the link at the foot of any email from us, or enter your email address at whenid.ie/leave. You can also email hello@whenid.ie.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or leave the list, at any time. Email hello@whenid.ie. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission.
